Contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include the Creem order ID and a brief description of what failed. Do not attach private source photos.

When we normally refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The paid print pack was not delivered after reasonable retry steps.
• The tool materially failed to create the advertised output.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Mandatory consumer rights and any broader rights required by local law remain unaffected.
